  • Japanese acupuncture uses a gentle, comfortable approach that uses very thin needles, shallow insertions, even non-inserting tools, and light touch. At the needle sight most patients may experience little to no discomfort. This technique is beneficial at supporting the nervous system and encourages balances within the body.

  • Children are welcome to come as they are. The treatment room includes books, toys and calming activities to help little ones feel comfortable, safe and relaxed during their visit. Treatments are always adapted to each child’s age, comfort level, and individual needs using non-inserting tools and other supportive therapies, creating a gentle and supportive experience for both children and parents.

  • Hari meridian therapy offers a gentler, highly individualized 1-on-1 care. Unlike many acupuncture settings where the patients may rest alone during treatments and the practitioner sees multiple patients an hour, I remain working with you throughout the entire session. This allows me to continually assess, adjust and respond to what your body is communicating in real time. This continuous 1-on-1 care allows for a deeper level of attention, connection and personalization.
